Insurance: To protect your customer against hidden risks, we issue the appropriate policy guaranteeing or insuring clear title to the property. All policies are underwritten by leading providers.
Updates: When needed, we take all steps needed to bring title current.

Other Searches and Reports

Deed Searches: Our experienced professionals ensure that any and all interests in a property are established and dealt with prior to closing.
Limited Lien Searches: Owners receive a full statement of conditions affecting their title.
Property and Judgment Reports: Where we find that a dispute of ownership or priority issue exists, we conduct a thorough investigation and provide a full report.
Legal Descriptions: Each customer receives a clear, accurate, and timely description of their property, including maps and drawings when desired.

Closing Services

Flexible Scheduling and Mobile Services: We accommodate customers’ schedules with extended hours, including evenings and weekends. We’ll conduct closings at our offices , your offices, or the customer’s location.
Services in Spanish. Any settlement session can be conducted in Spanish.
Escrow: We assure accurate, timely disbursement of funds at closing—following instructions to a ‘T.’
Document Preparation and Assembly: Each customer receives a complete bound booklet of all documents at the time of closing.
Recording Services: We assure complete and timely follow-through.
